Qualification:
- Candidate must have certification in enterprise process management concepts to include Michael Hammer.
- 20+ years of consulting experience in order-to-cash service level improvement, customer service cycle time, equipment maintenance & defining process governance.
- 20+ years of experience in consulting and facilitation or teaching Business Process Management.
- 20+ years of experience in business model innovation and improving connections between processes.
- 20+ years of experience in teaching and enterprise process management concepts to include Michael Hammer used in the integration of business processes across the supply chain.
- Experience with DoD, DLA and Military Services policies in the area of organizations achieving Process Excellence.
- Possess technical skills and experience in advising senior executives on business transformation, process innovation, organization strategy, and change leadership.
